Job Title: Outside Sales / Account Executive

• Prospecting for new clients and developing stronger relationships with existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Identifying client requirements and opportunities where company products and services will improve client productivity.
• Increasing company’s visibility in the industry.
• Assisting our technical and engineering group in the development, sales and delivery of high-quality client support.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent level of experience. 
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B solutions sales in a technical field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong capability to develop sales pipelines and accurately forecast business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solution sales in civil engineering field is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience using MS Office in a Windows environment.
• Experience using CRM software.

Job Title: Web Designer

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing creative development and maintenance of our clients marketing presence on the internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects that result in creation new and changes to the existing clients' websites
• Update, maintain and create web content
• Provide marketing insight and suggestions with regard to web development strategies
• Obtain and/or develop necessary product info with product managers
• Edit and or create web ready images of products
• Assist in scripting of web content
• Assist in website troubleshooting

Technical Requirements

• Firm understanding of the Internet and related technologies
• Expert knowledge of CSS, HTML, DHTML, XML, Flash, Photoshop, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of PHP scripting.
• Animation Background
• Understanding of marketing and advertising objectives and strategies

Background

• 1 to 3 years experience in a web design role
• Post secondary education in web design
